Hrumph! Today was a wicked early morning at the office because of a Board of Directors meeting I had to set up for which ruled out going to the gym before work but it looks like I'll be able to leave early so I think I'm going to snag a late afternoon workout.
On a completely random note, has anyone noticed that they get cold far more easily now that they've dropped some weight? I've been finding a lot of nights I'm FREEZING when I get home even though it's not very cold out or in my apartment for that matter. I've been drinking a lot of caffeine free herbal tea figuring it does triple duty - warm me up, increase fluid intake and wind me down (doing a lot of tea with chamomile and the like). It has helped but I'm beginning to feel like a penguin and I don't think it's that I'm coming down with something.
