So I had this weird dream last night that I won't fully get into here because I may get commited lol, but in it I totally cheated on my diet. I polished off cookie dough ice cream that we don't even have in the house, and I smashed down an entire bag of candy that doesn't exist. They were like rolos and were surrounded by peanut butter cups. My dream cheat felt and tasted so real I was sure I'd wake up with a gain! Haha good grief 😂

Lol, I've definitely had those dreams too! Normally when I'm getting back into the healthy eating habits. Apparently alcoholics or drug abusers have those dreams too after they get sober, so apparently it's our brain's way of dealing with past addictions (like food addictions!)
