My husband & I went to Elk's Club with friend for family night buffet. Enjoyed buffet had hard time would have liked to go up for seconds. Didn't realize a fruit topped refrigerator cheese was so many calories.

Hmmm I've never heard a doctor say, fruit harmed you hormone and sugar levels. I just love blueberries and strawberries would never give them up.
I enjoy red delicious apples. Enjoy peaches too without the skin, used to eat nectarines instead. Haven't seen any of those here. I don't always have will power. I'm bad with buffets like Golden Corral and Ryan's, so I'm staying away from them. Hope they haven't schedule any buffets on are trip to San Antonio.

The berries are the best for you if you want to keep your suger under control. I try to eat just the berries and stay away from the rest - at least until I reach my goal.
