My first goal is soo close i can almost taste it... The need to get to that goal is bigger then my need to eat and snack at this point. I fear for the days that the only goal i have is to stay equal or loose 1 kilo in a month, but that bridge has not come to pass yet!
Tomorrow another 1000 kcal day for me...
