Breakfast: (the usual) eggs, sprinkle of cheese, tomatoes, ham
233 cal, 11 fat, 2 carbs

Snack: 15 almonds 104 cal, 9 fat, 4 carbs

So I wasn't able to give up the nuts, there just sooo good and almonds are my favorite 15 almonds is not that bad at all let's just hope I can keep my grubby hands off of them for the rest of the day....

Lunch: chicken salad, collard greens 220 cal, 9 fat, 15 carbs

Snack: peanut butter 123 cal, 10 fat, 4 carbs

Dinner: turkey w/ tomatoes and cucumbers 133 cal, 1 fat, 8 carbs

Total: 813 cal, 40 fat, 33 carbs
