So on Tuesday I binged on cheerios. 3 bowls of cheerios. Which was my favorite cereal past time. I only have cereal in the house because my boyfriend eats it. Atleast I used my homemade chashew milk. I didn't eat enough for lunch that day and came home starving. We had a chicken in the oven but it had an hour to go. also I had some chocolate
There is no excuse for my sin (lol) but luckily I kept to my diet last two days and I don't have any bloat or feel like it effected me too much. However i noticed my knees ache so much after that. I don't think it could of been gluten since cheerios are gluten free...but maybe the wheat in general? Before I had the cereal my knees felt fine! But after my god my knees were achy.
I guess no more cheerios ever for me again lol!

Well, there are worse things to binge on than cheerios. But maybe it helped you learn something if you ended up with achy joints. I find that when eat sugary stuff or refined carbs after I've been off of them, I get achy and stiff. Causes inflammation.

I think most aches and pains happen from something we did that we don't remember. Like picking up something heavy and then it hits you a day later. As we get older this kind of thing is chronic. I was a young gym rat. Now it like gym? What a foreign place this is. I'm afraid of getting hurt!!! Lol

Haha very true! It could of been either the inflammation or something I did working out however the only thing I did differently was jump rope. I did intervals for 30min. I havn't jumped roped in a few months so my knees could of even been sore from that

Cheerios are oats but I bet it is the additives...you are OK, just keep at it.
