After lunch went to Mount Vernon to get a new battery for our UTV and have batteries put into 5 of our watches. Can you believe it only cost $16 total for him to put batteries in all 5 watches. After dinner I made low cal. strawberry milk shakes for Bob and me. Really enjoyed my 8 oz. glass it was delicious.

DMZur -- one great way to make a really low cal strawberry milk shake: Put 4-5 large frozen strawberries in the blender with 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup sparkling water, plus a few mint leaves -- and blend. This is really delicious. You can also mix fresh and frozen fruit, depending on season. So for example, you can use frozen peaches and fresh strawberries. This is a real favorite of mine.

Hermiones Mom, your low cal. strawberry shake sounds delicious. I've never thought of putting mint leaves in a fruit shake. Than you, I'm going to try making you recipe.
