Whole30-2-Day 3

So I noticed something these past two days. I am not getting light headed/headaches and nausea like I was getting on my first whole30. I would get them around lunch everyday. If I would not eat lunch between 3-4 hours from breakfast I started to feel tired and light headed.

Yesterday I had a meeting that pushed my lunch until 3pm

Today I am so busy at work I didn't eat until 2:45.

No headaches..nothing!!!!

Could it be my body finally adapting?? Or "Fat adapting"? Or could I just be eating more? I am not what sure made this change.
I know Paleo experts say it takes your body time to adapt to a lower carb lifestyle. I eat about 50-70ish net carbs a day (depending if I have potatoes that day or not) I know it is not SUPER low. But its on the lower end.

Still I wonder why I am not getting those symptoms anymore. And did it really take over 30 days to finally make them go away? Crazy
