Woo woo, it is going to be 70+ degrees today. I washed windows(another sign of spring). Now I am going to rest up with a good book for an hour or so. It is good to get that chore done. I can wash all of my windows from the inside except 2, but they are reachable from the outside without getting on a ladder. My diet is going well, I am having a 6 ounce bacon wrapped fillet for dinner tonight and a small baked sweet potato. The sweet potato has more carbs than I need, but I haven't had one in such a long time. I am giving up lunch for it!

Think of all those good vitamins you got with that sweet potato. Are you doing low carb, that's what I'm doing.

good for you . A sweet potato is my Favorite thing to treat myself to ..I load it up with KerryGold butter ,,, and oh my its so yummy !!!!

Sweet potatoes is one of the carbs that I use to give my body energy. It's the best form of complex carbohysrate to give your body. I wouldn't skip lunch for it, just have something light, your body will break down sweet potato quickly
