Definitely not the best food choices yesterday, mostly bread and cheese...with the indulgence of a most enjoyed ice cream! But instead of wolfing it down guiltily, I ate my afternoon treat slowly and savored it. I was sitting in the warm sun, waiting for my grand kids to get out of school and enjoying the "calm before the storm..." They were great, the weather was nice, we all got some much needed fresh air and exercise and Today I do not feel particularly crappy and I feel I can make better food choices and resume working toward my fitness goals.
