I haven't been following my Weigh-less diet since last week Thursday. Ugh - fell off the wagon and now I have such bad hunger pangs I just want to eat the whole time!!! What's the point of having a cheat meal when you cheat every day! I'm trying my hardest not to cheat so much today, but food is literally all I can think of. Already cheated by eating 5 almonds - and it's not even 10am yet! Also, I want to EAT the whole time. Gotta lock myself up in the office.
