Maine i found that i was doing major goals in the far region of my brain and smaller ones like you are doing in the front and foremost part of my brain😃. Under 165, under 160 and so on to goal. Good for you! Sounds like your end goal and mine are/were pretty similar. You are so so close. I also put a time on the calendar when i expected to hit my final goal and my smaller goals. For instance you have 24 pounds to go meaning you will probably be at your goal in 12-16 weeks so by Christmas. What a gift. Happy for you.
