Well I am really excited and nervous about my weigh in on Saturday.I have been dong really well and sticking to my new eating habits and getting on the treadmill for and hour a day . I figured why the hell can I dedicate 1 hour a day of my life to my health ,so no more excuses ,and once I hit the 145 mark I am going to switch it over to p-90x for some muscle and toning. I will keep everyone posted
