Weekends really are my kryptonite... I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either. I guess I should be happy about that!

I hear ya!! I do the worst on weekends. You'd think having the time to do a workout that I would, but I find any excuse not to. It is harder for me not to nibble on things throughout the day too. Someday we'll be able to do as good on weekends as we do on weekdays, but for now I guess we just do our best and kick ourselves in the butt on Monday!

my problem is that I'm currently training for a half marathon, so Saturday's are my 'off' days. So I have to rest. So that means I fill my day/weekend up with doing other things, like visiting friends, cleaning, shopping, and then wind up not having time to make my own food! And then I eat out and wind up falling off the wagon. But i always get back on on Mondays!
