I am now 187 lbs, 16.2% bf. I am pretty happy with that. I have doing cardio (low intensity) for about an hour or so 3 mornings a week before I eat anything. It has helped me lean out. I was 19.9% just 3 weeks ago. My goal is to get down to, and maintain, at around 12%. I am also eating much more clean, which obviously helps. Good luck to everyone!
