Ok, so I fell off the wagon this holiday weekend. Had the best intentions, but cheated a few times with food and alcohol. Started to get back on track today, but I'm over my 20 carb limit by a bit due to my salad at lunch. At least I hit the gym today and ran 3 miles in 30 minutes. It's been rough running again and taking me a while to get back to running for an extended period of time, but I am chipping away at it again. I felt great when I was done!
