I have to be serious this time. I am not getting any younger. I am retired so I have no "I have no time" excuse. I live at a complex that has a pool, a hot tub, a workout room, a clubhouse - I have no excuse. Now I am face to face with the enemy- me and my own flesh! How I love to sit around and baby myself. I love to do nothing or simply watch skinny people on television while I get bigger and bigger. Laziness is sin. I can be a man that is really 56 years old or I can be a 75 yr old in a 56 year old body. I prefer the former to the latter. The reason I called my self No Body in the first place was because when I looked at myself naked in the mirror, I had no body to offer to my wife, to make her excited and want me. I know that she loves me - but to look sexy for her- now that would be sweet! I am praying more this time so I am expecting results.
