upping up my KCAL! (cabrs)

I've been on a Vegan diet for 2 weeks now!! getting 3300kcal a day the the was to gain 0.5 a pound which did not happen :( hehe the opposite I lost 2lb I guess it is due to the high fiber intake, anyways I am trying to gain some muscle so im increasing my calories to 3500kcal!!!

What's your height anyway? I'm 178 cm and I would gain mass quickly on a 3000 calories vegan diet. I never felt good while eating brown rice, too much fiber most likely. You might want to replace it with something more easy to digest.
