I've finally figured out which macro combinations and calorie limit and macro combo help me feel the best overnight (not hungry overnight, minimal bloating, feeling satisfied). For now, it's a limit of 1300 to 1400 calories/day, which I'd like to increase slowly over time. And then a macro ratio of 35% carbs, 35% protein and 30% fat. Ideally, 40/40/20 but not always easy to achieve.
