So much has happened. But now that I have a stable environment I can now focus on my health. My family and I were homeless for 8 months. We were living in hotels/motels that often had no cooking facilities. But we have a home now. Everything is settled. my first challenge will be to drop 20 kgs. I'll be doing a bush track to a look out. Timing it and documenting how many rests, how my body felt along the way. Then after losing some weight. Doing it again to see fitness progress.
