Got derailed a bit yesterday. Garage sale shopping all day with DIL. Had lunch and dinner and wolfed down a candy bar yesterday so calories added up. Was hungry and didn’t stop after a little to see if I was actually still hungry. Fail. I deserve the gain this time. Do better next time. But slept really good so that’s a bonus.
