Another Friday another flight home. At least it’s in the right direction! Made it to may without eating out yet this year

If you travel a lot, you can find more healthful options even in the airport.

Hi Sarge yes I travel a lot. Currently almost every week. There are healthy ish options but I’ve chosen not to eat out. I stay in hotels with kitchens and shop so I can eat the same on the road as at home. It has worked well for me
