PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i Am going to do Veganuary!!!!! anybody else????? I am startng on monday 'cas i still have some salmon in the fridge!!!!!! I am quite excited!!! the plan is to still on 3300kcal a day macros 150g protein carb500g fat80g ,.... I dont think switching to a vegan diet will have a diret impact on the amount on weight im putting a week (0.5lbs) but we'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
