I know. It seems to be a bit negative. I'm sure it would be saying something different if I were to lie about my age and change it to 20. 😆

I need a watch that tells me this. 🤣 instead, it just tells me to get off my ass.

lol mine is the opposite its mostly based on your heart rate and resting heart rate my resting heart rate is averaging 50bpm unless I'm running hard I can't get it above 145 anymore...literally deadlifting 350+ lbs reps to failure and I can't even get above 145 bpm my calorie needs have dropped significantly as well because of it.

OTB, I'm sure the HR is an issue. It doesn't get crazy high during workouts. However, it does take a good hour to get it back under 100BPM.

What's your heart rate varability like ia it in the balanced range? I find that metric to be more important than the training status but that is also part of what .makes up thw training status so sometimes they go hand and hand

I have the same watch and it took a couple weeks of training to learn my baseline HR, HRV etc. If it takes that long to recover and get HR below 100 you may want to rest 2-3 days. I would expect recovery to less than 100 bpm in about 10 minutes max.

Yikes, my friend! Give yourself a little bit of a break in between workouts or vary the type of workouts you’re doing. A happier, healthier you is truly the goal; no?
