My Humble Opinion Side Note: If you’re struggling with weight loss, there are two things that can help.....
1.Eat more protein
2.Eat less often.
***Protein + intermittent fasting = FAT LOSS CHEAT CODE

Intermittent fasting, time restricted eating (11am-6pm) eliminate bread, rice, pasta, refined carbohydrates. Your glucose will stabilize and you won't have cravings. you will defeat insulin resistance. Ketosis will shed fat. 1 to 2 lbs per week at peak, without factoring exercise.
