Day 5. I'm incredibly proud of myself because I'm doing quite well. I'm over the hump and it's all downhill from here, whoo hoo!
Last night, I ran on my treadmill for 30 minutes. I didn't plan on it, but I'm glad I got it out of the way. This morning, I worked out for 55 minutes. I couldn't get through all 60 minutes of my DVD because I was so tired, but the great thing is that I increased my weights from 5lbs to 8lbs. I could definately feel the burn.
Later on today, I plan to take a walk in the evening and stretch out with some yoga. Life is good today!
