It's been awhile, but I'm still 100% at goal weight, and looking forward to completing 2 more marathons along with 1 more 1/2 marathon. Last week, I broke my own record of 13 miles. My new record: 2 hours 16 minutes. That turkey 1/2 marathon: I must complete at or better than 2 hours 10 minutes! We'll see. More to come...
