Hello all. The year is flying by! Almost at the end of a two week work trip. Third of the year. Probably going to go way past the 109 hotel nights last year. My wife and I realized a couple of weeks ago that we haven’t eaten anything we haven’t cooked so far this year. We didn’t start the year with that goal but now we want to see if we can make it the entire year. When at home we don’t have any ultra processed foods and as little processed as possible.
Turning 60 in two weeks and feeling healthier than ever although work is taking a toll.
