Very busy week, not done much walking lost 1lb and then put it back on so no change there, but I have lost 1" off my waist, so there is some good news. I don't feel like cooking or making anything since I've had this hiatus hernia, so not particularly bothered about what I have to cook. The weather is rain again, so no going to the allotment for the time being.
