No weightlifting today. Body tried to have a spasm from all the internal scars brought on by Multiple Sclerosis. Will try this Saturday to weightlift.

Hope you spasms are short-lived.

I’m able to control the spasms with a pill, my neurologist prescribed to me to take when needed the second I take the pill the spasms go away. It’s just a recovery time from that spasm differs every time. Thank you for your concern.
