its 13:00 and im right on track again...

why o why do i lose interest in the evening?
already trying ot reduce more calories inthe day to be ably to cope with the binge, but im afraid that will only make the binge more emminent or even larger...

If I decide to 'treat' myself with a little piece of toast or some cereal.... game over. I don't know how to beat it. All I can do is not start. Once I start I have no way of pulling back.

NM is right - once I start with extra carbs the game is over. I know you are on top of things, but make sure you have enough protein and fat so you are not telling yourself you "need" to eat before bed.

Better to have a decent meal in the evening and leave the snacks alone. If I must have a snack, it's a measured quantity of breakfast cereal. It's all about habits, really. For me, watching TV in the evening triggers a desire to eat and drink alcohol. Habit. Better to do something else.
