Today I was on Treadmill for 35 min this was my routine:
5 min warm up
2.5 miles run speeds 5.5, 5.0 and 4.5mph
5 min cooldown
First mile 9’11”
2.65 total miles

Leg Press:
110lbs, 200lbs, 290lbs, 380lbs, 470lbs, 560lbs 5reps each

Hip abductor & Hip adduction 160lbs 20 reps
Standing calf raise 170lbs 20 reps

Leg Press:
110lbs, 200lbs, 290lbs, 380lbs, 470lbs, 560lbs 5reps each
