walked for 2 hours about 13 kilometer. right on target for the 1500 kcal (found a new app to track with, so im sorry you guys cant watch)
(target two: i will set a new starting point and i will commit myself to eating 1500 kcals a day, recording all i eat, drink 2 liter of water, and workout 7 hours a week.)
The hardest times (17:00 - 20:00) is yet to come... (target three: NO MORE BULSH*T !!!!)
