I haven't been that great, but the scale hasn't gone up to much. Only 1/2 pound. I'm going to watch it start going the other direction though. I've been having horrible shin splints from running! Any advice from anyone? I've been icing up my shins sometimes in the evening...that does seem to help. :)

I used to get that a bit but I think it was my achiles heal (not even so to speak), not sure if it's the same thing as shin splints but oh it was so painful I recall. I had to rest it for a solid 2 week before it would start to feel too good. Just start off with walking would be what I would do and build up again.
