Thank you everyone. I physically feel so much better without all the weight. My starting weight was 244lbs and as of yesterday was 170lbs. I didn't realize how different I looked until I saw the comparison photos. I personally feel that my biggest transformation came from body recomposition. Fat lost vs weight lost. I am leaner but the scale still reads 170lbs and I'm OK with that.
