I am grateful for the hot bath I just took in my extra deep tub. Being relaxed at the start of my day helps me be less stressed which I think helps weight RELEASE (thank you Sugar Waffle for teaching me to use "release" instead of "lose."

Jill, I completely agree that being relaxed helps release weight. When we are stressed the body produces more cortisol hormones and insulin is stored in the fat cells particularly around the stomach. I applaud you honoring yourself and giving your body a lovely way to start the day. Well done:)
