I’m back. Was hospitalized on an emergency basis from 1/3 to 1/10. Thought I was going to die this time. But I didn’t. Weight gain is due to prednisone in part but also to eating too many snacks while recovering. So I’m starting back right now. First step - get back down to 175. I
