Wow sorry for the ranting yesterday I was just having a bad day lol. I'm better now! Hubby took me and the kids out for Mexican after the visitation. Sounded daunting at first but I've been craving it so I figured I better have some so I can concentrate the rest of the weekend to being super disciplined. Felt guilty afterward, but this morning my weight's back down to what it was so I must've picked something good. I had chicken fajita quesadilla. Pretty much just one tortilla, grilled chicken breast, cheese, peppers, and onions with some salsa on top. Of course I munched on a few chips too but did not overdo it. Go Sonya! I had to guess on the calories because I have NO clue. I probably overestimated but that was my way of making sure I was covered lol. Today I'm working, leaving and singing in a funeral, then going back to work. Gym after work, then a nice evening alone with the hubby. I plan to finish all our laundry, watch movies with him, and just relax. We're having Homecoming at church this Sunday which means there will be TONS of home-cooked food which freaks me out. Anyone have some rules to go by at those things? Usually there's fried chicken, ham, and then a bunch of veggies (but country people cook fat in their veggies... yuck!). Gees it's gonna be hard picking the best choices. I'm going to take a few things of my own so I'll know for sure I have something worthwhile. I think I might make a huge pot of boiled cabbage and maybe a really lite dessert so I won't feel like I'm missing out on anything. Okay... time to run to work. See ya'll!
