Am I trying to do too much too quickly?
Really not happy today at all. Yesterday's walk went pretty well, started out very slow and stretched a lot beforehand, and so I felt good thru the whole thing. Today though, I woke up and my right knee (why just one?) is so sore and tender. It hurts to straighten out the whole way. :-\ I'm guessing it's best to listen to what its telling me, and not push it any farther today. So, fail fail fail on 1 hour of exercise. I feel good when I'm out moving, but the morning after?! Geez.

Hubby brought home fried chicken...
