Day #3, Not as tired as yesterday. Fell asleep at 5:30 p.m. and work up at 8:30 stayed up till 11:30 yesterday. Today I did well eating, sunflower seeds, grapes, avacado, melba toast, salad, beans and chipotle corn with veggie cheese and some dates and a banana for a sweet treat. LOTS OF WATER but the only factor is I PEE ALL THE TIME!!! Had a lot of quesions for God today.
