Thinking about going to Weight Watchers. That might help me do better on consuming the right amount instead of screwing myself over and not eating enough! Boo me!

Just go online at a site like RealAge.com, Fitness.com, or Self.com ... something healthy like that and use their calorie calculator! And save that money for the new clothes you're gonna need soon from dropping so much weight!

You have to be careful about not eating enough calories. My max calories for the day is 1700 and my min is 1300. I visited with my doctor and a nutritionist before I started my diet to talk about do's and don'ts. And one of the things he emphasized is that you cannot go below 1200 calories a day because then you start to burn lean muscle instead of fat. Also he said no food 2 hours before bed time because your body has a harder time tapping into and burning the fat stores because it's trying to focus on digesting food. One other thing, I was in a plateau a month or so ago for about 3 weeks straight. And this is why - I was eating the same amount of calories everyday and working out exactly the same everyday. So my body got used to this routine. So then I started fluctuating my workout routine (working out a little harder one day than another...sometimes skipping a day) and I started fluctuating my caloric intake (sometimes eating right up to 1700 calories in a day and other times eating 1400). Basically the way the doctor explained, it kind of sounded like you are tricking your body over and over so it can't get used to what you're doing because it can't find a routine to get to a baseline for burning those calories. I don't know if you need to do Weight Watchers or not. A friend of mine is doing it and it works great for her. I am strictly on calorie count and it works great for me. The reasons why calorie counting works great for me is that I can find calories of most things anywhere and don't have to memorize point values of every food I eat. PLUS I can eat ice cream as long as I have saved enough calories at the end of the day. BUT my friend is doing great on Weight Watchers because it's a structured format that provides moral support. Ok, I've blabbed enough for one comment. Just some suggestions though. I think you are doing GREAT!!!

You guys are so awesome. I think I'm starting to agree, that maybe messing with a good thing is not what I need to do. I'm going to continue keeping track of EVERYTHING and see how far I can go on my own.
