Day 3 I have not cheated about anything the past 3 days, breakfast for today consisted of 1. Serving if old fashion multi grain oats, with 2 tablespoons of coconut, 1 slice of 100% whole wheatbread with 1 teaspoon of strawberry preserves, total 330 calories an hour again, I can now do this.
