3 low fat meals today with a total calorie count of 1060,going to weigh my self in the morning, and see how much I have lost the past 7 days.

Had a delicious breakfast for less than 300 calories and now I feel stuffed, will post it in my food diary, I have totally changed my eating habits, 4 small meals a day instead of going all day on fat, starting to feel much better, am back in the habit of measuring and weighing everything, and if I start craving something sweet, I just have some Diet Ocean spray juice, I am just losing water weight right now, but hey my scales are showing a 5 lb , weight loss from this time a week ago,

Today is the day, I start a structured excerise plan, I am going to start walking completely around the complex where I live , and a 10_ 15 minute bike ride each day.for 7 days, then next w
Monday I am going to increase my walking and bike riding time.This worked for me before, I had cancer surgery in June of 2013, and I am now so out of shape, so I am going to get back in shape before I increase my time limit , which, I have set for next Monday, it's just a matter of making myself do.

My soon took me to A steakhouse for dinner yesterday and there was no way for me. to track my calories, But that was the only one this past week that i havent , been able to track, so today has been a good one, have ate low calorie, low fat, I need to get my fluid intake up.

Day 3 I have not cheated about anything the past 3 days, breakfast for today consisted of 1. Serving if old fashion multi grain oats, with 2 tablespoons of coconut, 1 slice of 100% whole wheatbread with 1 teaspoon of strawberry preserves, total 330 calories an hour again, I can now do this.
