This have been one hell of a journey.
It's not just get on the bus and it's a straightforward journey.
It's a tough gravel road.

Weightloss is so much more than eathing healthy. it's about getting your head right, if your mindset isn't there, you will come no where.

Months ago when someone told me it's all possible if you set you mind to it I didn't understand.

I put 100% effort in and I lost weight.
I thought that I was going to take a short break to cheat, and I'm still struggling to get back to losing weight.

it's been hard, every morning when I woke up and think: "today is the day".

I fall off again. gained a few,
But still in my heart my mind is battling and its not easy its hard!!!

But no one ever said it will be easy but worth it.
starting my journey again today ♡

wishing everyone all good as I know what each and everyone is going through.

You've got this darling! 1 day is 1 day being healthier. 1 step closer to a healthier you. I always tell my clients, if you can manage to make 1 healthy choice per month, that will be 12 changes per year. don't you agree that you will be making a huge change in a year? wait for those results!
