I am feeling really jittery today. No excess coffee and it's not anxiety. I hope it's my metabolism amping up on this new eating plan i am on. Today is DAY 12 and this is the first day I feel like this. Almost feels like when you take diet pills... I consume 3 meals and 3 snacks. All include lean protein, some snacks have avocado for healthy fat and there is only one serving of berries a day and low carb veggies. I have been very satisfied and actually enjoy the meals. But today, i feel like i am jumping out of my skin! Let's hope the scale registers a nice loss!
