Awe! Sorry to hear about things not well. They didn't get destroyed though. Look at it this way. She obviously has terrible taste.  

Sorry to hear this but remain positive... it is totally her loss that she chose to go back to her ex... and in the future if she comes back to you I would turn her down... but that is just me once bit twice shy..  

Sorry to hear about this. I don't want to blame the girl - she might not know what she really wants right now and I'm sure she didn't mean to intentionally hurt you. I came out of a long serious relationship myself just 2 days ago and it's tough to think about dating anyone else right now, but at the same time it's tough to be alone too. On the positive side - if she was going to return to her ex, it's better now then after you get more serious. Now you can focus on the exercise and then find somebody new who'll be wowed by your strength. 

Thanks for the support. It was a rough hour but I came around and didn't feel like I was going to break down anymore. Anyway in good exercise news...did 10 miles jogging in 1:36:31!!!!! I'm an emotional person which can be both good and bad.
