Happy Monday Everyone!

Everyone seems to be ready for the holiday weekend but we have a week or so to go yet.

Meal prepped like mad yesterday, 3 meals and snacks for 3 days. Working to up fiber and protein and decrease fat. Goal is to be off of blood pressure medication before 2024.

Had a great workout yesterday trimming trees for an hour. I have missed working outside. Its sweaty but the time flies!

Still working to find activities for the little guy outside of therapy that are fun and interesting to his differently wired brain.

Lots to do yet but proud of my accomplishments this far. Have a great day All and be safe!
