Kat has been talking about the "caveman" diet. I had to consider and even resisted at first it because use would have to stop eating my beloved pastas, potatoes, bread, rice, pancakes, oatmeal and any other grain product. Wow! But I have been having so many stomach and bowel problems I am going to give it a try. I started it yesterday. I didn't feel so good yesterday mainly because I ate like a carboholic Friday. Bread, cereal, and even French fries. I paid for it yesterday. Bythe way, my vertigo has been bad for about a week. I started the "caveman" way of eating yesterday. I eat what a caveman would eat. This is done within reason. Grok (named so because of the websit, Mark's Daily Apple) did not have electricity, stoves, and supermakets in his day. The point to the whole diet is to eat as natural as you can. That includes the kind of food you buy, ex. organic. Oh, and I think I mentioned NO grains. Time will tell about how the diet will go over with me. I have to do something.
