at my calorie max for today. I didnt work out at all so I wanted to keep it undeer 1600. So far, I've burned 2038 (according to my fitbit charge hr) and Ive eaten 1540. I want an apple but I already went ovre 100g of carbs...... I was doing so well when plannig my day and when I added onions to my spinach, it added 15 carbs! Oi.....to eat an apple or not....that is the question..
Why is it so hard to stay within calorie and carb limit when you want to eat lots of fruit? lol
