Well, guess I am not ready for the Wii Fit Free Run. I only made it 2 minutes out of the 10, but I will keep working on it. Never thought I would like running, but miss it when I don't now.

Will be trying my Ezekiel sprouted bread tonight. Very high in carbs, though, so have divided it into about 4 slice packs that I can just defrost. Hoping this works as all the gluten-free breads I've tried leave a lot to be desired. I am not celiac. just wheat intolerant.
